I have not received such exemplary customer service Anywhere in Helena / EH, as I have from J4 Automotive. Chris is Upstanding and honest and will try to move mountains to help you. He certainly did for me. After receiving the cost of my original quote, Jesse called to say he found even better pricing on parts, saving me over $300!!! Who does That, anymore!!??? (And for those wondering why this wasn't reflected in the original quote, that is because.... The original quote was for: 4 wheel drive, engine gaskets, water pump, etc, which I had to break up, getting work done over a course of time. This was Phase 2 making the original quote approximately 2-3 months old) Look, my point is this, I was born and raised in Helena living here over 50 years now. I understand home town Pride. J4 does too. They may not have said that, but it shows. The amount of Integrity, kindness, Hard Work, and willingness to truly go the extra mile to help their customer - Any way they can, Tells me I have found a notable Local Business that more than deserves being promoted!
